The exercise starts with leaving your lips closed and then puffing up your cheeks with air. While holding the air in, move this air from one side of the cheek to the other alternately and hold it there for five seconds for each cheek. Do this until you feel the tension building around your cheeks. This exercise will give the upper and middle portion of your cheek the workout it needs to have that slim face. It also helps to reduce the appearance of laugh lines that have formed around your mouth.

5. Smile!

Yep! You read that right. Smiling is also a form of facial exercise. But of course, a simple smile won’t act as the exercise. What you should do is to smile widely with your mouth closed. Hold that smile for about ten seconds then relax your mouth afterwards.
